It also marks a new dawn for the estate since it is the first vintage completely vinified by Stéphane Derenoncourt and Frédéric Massie.
The Larrivet Haut-Brion 2016 is a blend dominated with Cabernet Sauvignon (62%), and complemented with Merlot (30%) and Cabernet Franc (8%). It is an expression of a powerful and velvety Pessac-Léognan. Perfect vineyard management and masterful vinification reveal all the finesse and brilliance of the fruit noted with light and elegant oak ageing. A magnificent vintage from the estate.
