The vineyard

Spread over the picturesque village of Fuissé, the Domaine Cordier vineyard unfolds over a mosaic of terroirs covering an area of 30 hectares, divided into more than 100 plots flourishing across 8 Burgundian villages. Through this geological mosaic, each grape variety finds its unique expression, shaped by the subtle variations of soil and climate.

The wine

"Fine Joséphine" is a Pouilly-Fuissé Village wine from a 0.24 hectare vineyard located within the village of Fuissé - Ménétrières. With an average age of 90 years, the vines rest on clay-limestone soils.

Vinification and aging

Gentle pressing of the unstemmed harvest. Barreling by gravity then natural fermentations. Aging for 18 months in barrels on lees.
