Tribute to the village of Poboleda, Eda is a 100% Carignan wine made from the greatest terroirs of Priorat, in the region of Catalonia.

Exceptional sommelier and talented winemaker, the French Franck Massard decided to give this wine a symbolic name. The last three letters are those of the village in which EDA was born.

Sourced from vineyards planted in the typical llicorella soils that lend the wines of Priorat their signature minerality, EDA is a truly a “goldsmith's vintage,” produced in extremely limited quantities and only when optimal conditions are met. In this rough terrain located at an altitude of 550 meters, the vines of Carignan produce only 1kg of grapes per vine. Eda symbolises this fragile balance that links the micro-climate of the area with licorella soils and the unique qualities of the village of Poboleda.
