2014 Chablis 1er Cru (Chardonnay)
La Chablisienne's 2014 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume is a Chardonnay from the Chablis AOC in Burgundy. The shiny, clear, pale hued Chablis exudes white fruits notes with hints of vanilla. The swirl reveals more intense and complex aromas, fresh, elegant, as well as a light mineral reduction to tie it all up. The palate is fresh, elegant, and vigorous: great volume, lovely white fruits persistence and delicate vibrant mineral, pure, superb balance. The finish is fresh, suggesting great ageing potential.From the same producer
