An iconic Irish whiskey with rich and complex aromas
The property
Redbreast, an icon of Irish whiskey, is a pioneer of Single Pot Still, an emblematic style of Ireland. Since its creation in 1912, the brand relies on three fundamentals: a mash combining malted and unmalted barley, a triple distillation in copper stills and aging in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. A true reference, Redbreast embodies the heritage and excellence of exceptional craftsmanship.
Design and aging
Located in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain, the Lustau Bodega is renowned for the excellence of its casks, which it has been supplying to the Midleton distillery for decades. This new permanent edition, designed in tribute to this craftsmanship, injects a new dynamic into the Redbreast range while preserving its iconic fruity profile of the Single Pot Still.
