The estate
Located in the Rhône Valley, the Domaine Combier pays rigorous attention to its vineyard in total respect of the terroir. As early as 1969, Maurice Combier, a visionary, thus converted his vineyard to Organic Agriculture. Laurent Combier, his son, along with his wife, took over the estate in 1990 with the ambition to produce wines at the top of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation and authentically reflecting the expression of this exceptional terroir.

The vineyard
The Crozes-Hermitage cuvée from Domaine Combier comes from a selection of vines averaging 30 years of age located between 100 and 150 meters in altitude in the southern part of the appellation. The soil is clay-limestone with rolled pebbles.

Vinification and aging
The harvest is manual with a selective sorting.

The Crozes-Hermitage 2023 from Domaine Combier is a 100% Syrah.
