Château Lynch-Moussas 2019

An expressive and fruit-forward fine wine from Pauillac

The estate
Château Lynch-Moussas, like Lynch-Bages, belonged in the 18th century to the famous Lynch family of Irish origin. The 62-hectare vineyard is planted with 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. The Castéja family, who have owned land in Pauillac since the 16th century, acquired this château at the beginning of the 20th century.

The vintage
The 2019 vintage was very successful at Château Lynch-Moussas. The climatic conditions and the work in the vineyard allowed for the production of a vintage with great potential.

The blend
Cabernet sauvignon (73%), merlot (27%).

The tasting
The Château Lynch-Moussas 2019 displays in the glass an intense colour, with purple reflections. This wine is expressive and fruit-forward. Fresh and spicy upon aeration, the 2019 Château Lynch-Moussas is dense and powerful on the palate.
