The property
Since its creation in 1818 by the spouses Elisabeth Salmon and Nicolas-François Billecart, the Champagne Billecart-Salmon House has remained independent, preserving for 7 generations the entirety of its know-how and the demand for the quality of its cuvées.
The vineyard
The vineyard of the Billecart-Salmon House extends from the Côte des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims over nearly 100 hectares. The vines are cultivated and cared for in a traditional way to approach an authentic fruit and reflect the quality of its Champagne terroir.

Precise, unprecedented and daring, these "Rendez-vous" cuvées are born from the desire to honor an exceptional terroir and a Champagne grape variety combined with the art of winemaking in its most meticulous and demanding form.
The Billecart-Salmon House invites you today to meet alongside two exceptional cuvées: The Rendez-Vous of Billecart-Salmon N°4 and The Rendez-Vous of Billecart-Salmon Five.
The Rendez-Vous of Billecart-Salmon N°4
Vinification and aging
Its vinification took place in tanks, preserving all the finesse of the grape variety. It was then aged in the cellar on lees for a period of 70 months, enriching its character and depth. Its dosage is 3.9 g/L.

Tasting
On the nose, this wine reveals floral aromas of jasmine, accompanied by touches of fresh pineapple and brioche. On the palate, the sensation is marked by a beautiful tension, complemented by chalky nuances and flavors of lemon and blood orange. A saline finish finally reveals delicate notes of bergamot.

This Blanc de Blancs Champagne is to be served between 10 and 12°.

Vinification and aging
This wine was carefully vinified in tanks, thus ensuring the preservation of its aromas. Its maturation on lees in the cellar extended over a period of 70 months, offering it a remarkable texture and complexity. Its dosage is 1 g/L.

Tasting
On the nose, this wine reveals floral notes of linden and verbena, enhanced by mandarin. On the palate, it reveals an elegant amplitude with nuances of limoncello, almonds and blond tobacco, evolving towards aromas of cherry, blueberry, apricot and fresh figs.
