The property
Driven by a deep passion for wine and terroirs, Michel Tardieu founded, alongside his wife, the Domaine Tardieu-Laurent in 1996. Over the vintages, this family house has established itself as a prestigious signature among the most beautiful wine references in the Rhône Valley. For two generations, the estate has been enhancing the great terroirs of mythical appellations - Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Condrieu, Hermitage, Vacqueyras, Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage... - through delicate, expressive and elegant cuvées, elaborated according to a highly precise vinification.

The vineyard
This Côte-Rôtie wine comes from vines over 40 years old, grown on exceptional terroirs such as Le Plomb, Côte de Rozier, Montmains, Semons and Les Rochains.

Vinification and aging
For this vintage, a third of the harvest is vinified in whole clusters. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (new and one wine), then benefits from an additional 8 months of refinement in foudres, in order to perfect its structure and harmony.
