An ample and fresh Burgundy red wine
The estate
Domaine Louis Latour is the largest winegrowing estate in Burgundy, with a history of over 200 years of winemaking. Spread over the most beautiful plots of land in Premier and Grand Crus from the Côte de Beaune to the Côte de Nuits, the Domaine Louis Latour 50-hectare vineyard gives rise to a range of wines from 130 appellations, each of which expresses with authenticity and refinement the characteristics of its original terroir.
Since 1996, Domaine Louis Latour has been actively involved in environmentally conscious viticulture.
The vineyard
Since the 12th century, Clos Vougeot, a former property of the Cistercian monks of Cîteaux, has cultivated vines. Today, Clos Vougeot wines represent the largest Grand Cru appellation in Burgundy, with 52 hectares of vines and 80 different owners.
Winemaking and ageing
100% malolactic fermentation in open tanks, followed by an ageing phase in new French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.

Ample and fresh on the palate, this Grand Cru is distinguished by the roundness of its tannins. A wine with a long finish, giving off notes of blackcurrant and liquorice.
