With 61 hectares of vines planted on a a clay plateau upon a subsoil of limestones and fine blue clay-limestone, Château Laroque benefits from an exceptional terroir indeed.

A great vintage in the Bordeaux region, 2018 was a wonderful success for the Grand Vin of the property. Made from a blend of Merlot (97%) and Cabernet Franc (3%), the Château Laroque 2018 is simply brilliant. Offering a pure expression of the limestone soils that are the signature of the great Saint-Emilion appellation, this vintage reveals beautiful floral and spicy aromas. A noble palate reveals great finesse and a very fresh saline minerality. A great vintage of Château Laroque.
