Chardonnay represents 95% of the Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Signature blend with a touch of “Blanc Vrai” (True White), the other name for Pinot Blanc. The wines are completely aged in vats and dosed very lightly with sulphur, so the Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Signature authentically reveals the expression of a Champagne whose delicacy, purity and floral elegance combines with its complexity and roundness in complete harmony.

The aromatic bouquet opens with fresh stone fruit aromas that evoke sweet peach and William pear, and are outlined with elegant floral scents. On the palate, the chalky minerality of the terroir expresses itself through its frank, lively attack.
