Cuvée Celebris rosé 2007 Extra Brut of Gosset champagnes will delight the connoisseurs and amateurs of champagne without dosage. It has a pale pink robe with ruby red glints. This wine presents a nose marked by fruity aromas such as rapsberry, strawberry and blueberry, but also by fresher notes of flowers such as lilac or violet. On the palate, this Celebris rosé 2007 Extra Brut of House Gosset is broad and fresh. One can find fruity flavors of strawberry and rapsberry in a sweet and wrapping sensation, which lingers on finish with pink grapefruit notes. This cuvée is a blend of 59% Chardonnay and 34% Pinot Noir.
