The property
Located in the heart of Cap Bénat, Château Léoube cultivates its vineyards, orchards and olive trees on one of the most beautiful protected sites in Europe. Certified ECOCERT since 2011 (with the Organic Agriculture label), Château Léoube has undertaken a real agro-environmental approach.
The vineyard
Located in Provence, the Château Léoube estate covers 560 hectares, including 65 of vineyard, in the hollow of a natural bay thus protecting it from the mistral. Managed with certified Organic Agriculture and with the utmost respect for the environment, this Var terroir, which has belonged to an English family for ten years, gives birth to great wines from Côtes de Provence.
Vinification and aging
Harvested by hand, the grapes undergo direct pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out in stainless steel tanks. Bottling is carried out following the natural clarification of the wine.
