Description
A Côtes de Provence white wine that delights with finesse and aromatic expression
The estate
Château Sainte-Marguerite was founded in 1929 by André Chevillon on the foundations of a wine-growing estate that had been cultivated since ancient times. It stretches across the terroir of La Londe-Les-Maures, a village on the Var coast. In 1955, it was awarded the title of Cru Classé de Provence, a distinction that highlights the authenticity, diversity and quality of its products. In 1977, Brigitte and Jean-Pierre Fayard acquired the estate, which at the time covered 11 hectares. In 2022, the Fayard family joined forces with Pernod Ricard to further develop Sainte Marguerite in Provence and internationally.
