Description
The finesse and freshness of a Burgundy red wine
The estate
For four generations, the Domaine Joseph Drouhin has been an essential reference for the great wines of Burgundy. Founded in 1880 by Joseph Drouhin at the age of 22, the estate has grown over the years to its current size of 80 hectares spread across renowned appellations (Beaune, Bonnes-Mares, Chassagne-Montrachet, Clos Vougeot, Corton-Charlemagne, Grands-Echezeaux, Pouilly-Fuissé, etc.). Since 1957, this family of vanguards has advocated respect for the terroir and the environment both in the management of the vineyard and in the production of its great wines. Expressing with authenticity the mosaic and richness of the Burgundian terroirs, the wines of Domaine Joseph Drouhin are renowned for their elegance, their intense fruity aromas and their gourmet complexity.
