Le Troncsec 2020 from Joseph Mellot is a Loire wine that stems from a 10-hectare vineyard planted on marl soils and cultivated using sustainable viticulture methods.

Winemaking and ageing

Vinification of this Pouilly-Fumé wine takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel vats before ageing on fine lees.
