The best plots of Chardonnay, located in the vineyards of the "Côte des Blancs" and on the slopes of Epernay (Monthelon, Mancy) have been selected by the oenologist of the house to give this Champagne all its personality. The blend combines the freshness of the 2014 harvest (80%) and the addition of reserve wines (20%) kept according to the "soléra" system, a maturing technique still little used in Champagne originating from Andalusia, Spain.

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Instant Présent has a delicate crystalline robe, highlighting the finesse of the bubbles. The nose reveals the refinement of the aromas of white flowers with a hint of acidity and citrus fruit notes. Faithful to the Lancelot Pienne style, Instant Présent reveals a discreet minerality, testifying to its terroir. Light and pleasant, the palate opens with crisp green apple notes, without losing the aromas perceived on the nose. The finish has a beautiful creamy texture.
