If 2012 was a year marked by the vintage effect, the cuvée Tradition of Champagne Lancelot Pienne nevertheless retains all its elegance and panache. The climatic hazards did not prevent to carry out grape harvests with grapes in perfect sanitary state, a beautiful sugar content with a promising acidity of a beautiful potential of guard. Produced from a blend of mainly Pinot Meunier (70%), from Chardonnay (15%) and Pinot Noir (15%), this cuvée is made up of wines from the 2012 harvest (80%) and 20% reserve wines. After 6 months of vinification in stainless steel vats, the Champagne Tradition de Lancelot Pienne was kept for 30 months in the chalk cellars of the family house.

A golden colour characteristic of Pinot meunier, this Champagne from Lancelot Pienne enchants by the aromatic complexity of its nose, with notes of fresh fruit. Elegant and classic, the palate opens on the greediness of pear, keeping the freshness of the vine peach notes. Generous, the Champagne Tradition is one of those that we reserve for moments of sharing, in the company of those we love. Ready to be appreciated immediately, the beautiful acidity of the grapes of the 2012 vintage promises it to a fulfilling ageing.
