A fine and fruity Côtes de Provence rosé wine
The estate
A young agriculturalist from Alsace, Marcel Ott settled in Provence in 1896 determined to turn around a phylloxera-ravaged vineyard to produce great wines. Today, the Ott family has handed down this know-how to produce a range of rosé, red and white Provence wines from three estates: Château de Selle, Clos Mireille and Château Romassan.
Created by René Ott in the 1930s, the striking Domaines Ott* bottle is a sign of the quality of these great wines of Provence. In 2004, Domaines Ott* joined the Louis Roederer House.
The vineyard
BY OTT rosé 2022 from Domaines Ott* is a Côtes de Provence wine developed from a meticulous grape selection.
Winemaking and ageing
Following the harvest, the grapes were transferred using gravity to the new cellar of Château de Selle, before being directed to the vat room reserved exclusively for the production of By Ott rosé.

Colour
The wine is pale and crystal-clear, with an orange-pink hue.
Nose
The nose mingles with great finesse passionfruit and mango notes with scents of white peach and apricot.

Fresh and fruity, the palate unveils a great fullness and scents of citrus zest, cinnamon and cardamom.
